Become An Installer - Now We Are Hiring Installers - Join A Winning Team!

BE YOUR OWN BOSS

Installers are their own bosses. They operate their own trucks and crews. Our independent contractors enjoy the freedoms of being their own boss, while capitalizing on great earning potential.

BENEFITS

  • The installer crew is paid a percentage (17%-20%) of each job they complete. Occasionally a flat rate will be applied to odd jobs.
  • Paid the Monday after the work is completed.

JOB DUTIES

  • Maintain own truck, crew of 2-4, tools, and insurance.
  • Build customer’s buildings as they have ordered them.
  • Be responsible
  • Driver’s License

HOW TO BECOME AN INSTALLER

To become an installer, please make sure you are qualified and have all the required supplies. If you’re ready, please contact one of our shop managers in person or fill this form out below.

The lead installer will need a few things:

  • Good working truck (4 door, dully, and 4×4 is preferred by most of our installers)
  • Trailer (our installers use custom built trailers. Our home office has contacts to have one built for you.)
  • Crew (at least 2 workers that will be available and competent)
  • Tools (drills, bits, ladders, hammer drill, hammer, generator, saw, extension cords, etc.)
  • Insurance (truck and trailer insurance: general liability & workers compensation)

Be Your Own Patron

The installers are their own patrons. They drive their own trucks and equipment. Our independent contractors enjoy the freedom of being their own employer while capitalizing on great earning potential.

The benefits

  • The installation team is paid a percentage (17%-20%) for each job completed. From time to time a fixed fee will be applied to some jobs.
  • You are paid the Monday after the job is completed.

  • I work all year
  • To help you get started, we can finance your trailer and tools.

  • A team (At least 2 workers who are available and competent)
  • Tools (drills, bits, augers, ladders, hammer drills, hammer, generator, saw, extension cords, etc.)
  • Insurance (Truck & Trailer Insurance: General Liability & Worker's Compensation)
